2011 Market Update, Week Sixteen

Should be another sunny day...

Shannon Meade, who may well be in labor as I write this, has done it again. She won last week's raffle -a dozen and a half farm fresh eggs. That's twice in the last month she's won our raffle. Could that mean....twins? Haha, just kidding, Shannon, good luck.
 

Just a heads-up for fans of the market and of Pioneer St. Cafe. Jessica is planning a special 5-course farmers market meal, with each course to be paired with wine. It will be on a Sunday evening in October. We'll share more details as we get closer to the event. As for now, remember, you can pick up Jessica's farmers market special every Saturday, come sit on the lawn in Davis Park, nosh, and enjoy the music. Or, for a dollar tip, you can have one of our eager to please Co-op Boys run down and pick up lunch for you.
 

Speaking of music, we should have live lunch music every week from here on out.

This week we welcome a new photography vendor. Come down and check it out, along with all our usual array of produce and craft vendors.
